How do I care for my art piece?

Each piece is a work of art and must be treated as such. Pieces may be wiped with a clean cloth. Moisture should never be allowed on painted surfaces or base. Should moisture occur, pat with a clean cloth and air dry with base exposed to air until completely dry. Coasters are the exception, the top and sides of our coasters are coated in resin and are water and heat resistant up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

What sustainable efforts do you make?

We strive to minimize our impact on the environment and aim to use eco-friendly packaging for all items. When in stock, we use a biodegradable bubble wrap that degrades after 18 months; when not in stock we use a 100% recyclable bubble wrap made with >20% post industrial recycled content. We also package our items using a recycled blend kraft paper and when possible we repurpose shipping materials and boxes we have received.

What is your Return Policy?

Due to each of our pieces being unique and original we are not able to offer exchanges. Sale, seasonal, and customized pieces are not available for refund. Art Gallery and Unique Gift pieces may be returned for a full refund. Return must be within 7 days of delivery.

What if my item was damaged in transport?

We strive to ensure each item is packaged to handle shipping; however, if any item is received damaged a full refund for item will be issued. Simply send notice of damaged item to floartstudio.maria@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery and attach a photo of condition item was received (to help us learn what we can do better in future).

Do you make custom or requested pieces?

Yes, we certainly do! If you would like to purchase an item we create but would prefer to customize the piece’s color scheme or adjust in other ways we will be happy to work with you. Email our artist Maria at floartstudio.maria@gmail with your idea and she will gladly reach out to you.

Can you produce pieces for large party event?

Yes, we do require at least a month’s notice (to ensure all items can be hand painted, dried, sealed, and shipped). We can design sets of glass pieces, trays, etc. for centerpieces for large events such as weddings, sweet sixteens, quinceanera, and more. Email our artist, Maria, at floartstudio.maria@gmail with general info and she will gladly reach out to you to workout details.

We can also do smaller items for custom guest gifts/party favors such as small holders, glasses, or coasters with custom color schemes and wording/details to memorialize the special day. For sets greater than 20 pieces (or if you do not find an option under our unique gifts/customization page for less then 20) email our, Maria at floartstudio.maria@gmail with your idea and she will gladly reach out to you.
